Meggy Standridge, Owner & Early Interventionist

Meggy started Bloom & Blossom after working in the Early Intervention field for 7 years. It became very evident that God had a very specific plan, and was calling Meggy to open Bloom & Blossom. Meggy graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelors in Psychology and field work/internship experience in child development and pediatric therapy. Meggy has over 15+ years of experience with children in many different settings. She truly feels like she is living her calling working as an Early Interventionist serving families in Anderson County and running Bloom & Blossom. Nothing brings her more joy than helping a child or family. She truly feels like this career is the hands and feet of Jesus!

In her spare time, Meggy enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, Stella Reed and Monroe. She also enjoys getting coffee at any local coffee shop, decorating, making floral bouquets, and volunteering at her church! In another life, Meggy would have liked to be an interior decorator.

Anna Boyter, Early Interventionist

Greenwood County

Anna is a graduate of Lander University with a Bachelors in Psychology. Anna has 7+ years of experience in Early Intervention. She also has 3+ years of experience as a teacher in a preschool classroom.

From Anna: “I have always wanted a career that allowed me to work and help children. Being an EI has given me the opportunity to play, learn, and grow with all my families. Early Intervention is so rewarding and the key to delivering improved outcomes and long term successes. I am so excited to be joining the Bloom & Blossom team.”

Anna is married and has two children, Bella and Briggs. In her free time she loves to shop, travel, and love on her fur babies.


Jessi Haning, Early Interventionist & QA Supervisor

Anderson & Pickens Counties

Jessi is a graduate of Anderson University with a Bachelors in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Jessi has 9+ years of experience in Early Intervention and several years of experience as an EI supervisor.

Jessi serves Anderson and Pickens Counties, as well as helps out as our Quality Assurance Supervisor! Jessi calls all of our families to make sure they are happy with their EI services, and she performs file reviews on all of our Early Interventionists’ files!

Jessi is married and has one son, Brooks and a fur baby, Benji. She loves to spend time with her family.

From Jessi: “ I have always felt that that I was called to work with children. Being an EI has given me the opportunity to be a part of so many kiddos' stories, and I am honored to play a small role in each of their journeys. I am so passionate about Early Intervention and helping children reach their milestones, regardless of any obstacles life has thrown at them. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child master a skill that they have worked so hard on! I am so thrilled to be joining the Bloom & Blossom team and look forward to serving each of my families well!


Megan Guire, Early Interventionist

Greenville County

Megan is a graduate from Winthrop University with a Bachelors in Psychology. She is currently pursuing her Masters degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis to help with children with Autism.

Megan has 10 years experience in the field of behavior/Applied Behavior Analysis providing therapy for those diagnosed with Autism, as well as experience as an Early Interventionist.

From Megan: "I started college with the intent of becoming a Dentist, but once I was introduced to the field of ABA and Early Intervention, I knew I had found where I was supposed to be. I took that leap and never looked back. Watching the growth in not only the child, but the family as a whole is what drives me!”

Megan is married to her best friend and they have two sons, Mason and Tanner! During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends outside, going to the movies, and shopping!



Samantha Richey , Early Interventionist

Anderson & Pickens Counties

Samantha graduated with a Bachelors in Human Services and a minor in Early Childhood and Family Studies from Southern Wesleyan University. Samantha has 7 years experience working with young children as an Early Interventionist and also as preschool teacher.

Samantha is married and has one son, Justen. In her free time, Samatha enjoys spending time with her family and attending all of her son’s sporting events.

Each child I work with has made a big difference in my life. I feel blessed to be able to do this job, and I’m honored that these families put trust in me to help their child succeed.”


Stephanie Mountcastle, Early Interventionist

Greenville County

Stephanie graduated from USC Upstate with her Bachelors Degree in Child Development and Family Studies. Stephanie has 10+ years of experience working with children who have developmental delays and disabilities. Her experience ranges across many different settings including the school system and home setting. Stephanie also has the unique experience as a personal care aide for children with special needs- her families give rave reviews!

Stephanie has 2 fur babies, Abby and Chloe. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys running, kayaking, playing flag football, and hanging out with friends. Stephanie enjoys running as her stress reliever. Her longest race she’s completed is a 10K, and she’s currently training for a half marathon!

“In high school I got the privilege to help out in the special needs classroom at my school. I loved getting to hang out with them because they always brought me so much joy. It was then that I knew I wanted to go into Early Intervention. I love being an EI because you get to come alongside the families and celebrate with them when their kiddo does something new, whether it is small or big. It’s great being able to see their excitement, especially when it is something you have been working on for awhile!”



Jamie McCurley , Early Interventionist

Jamie graduated with a Bachelors in Early Childhood and Family Studies from Southern Wesleyan University. She has 7 years experience working with young children as an Early Interventionist and also as preschool teacher.

When she’s not making crafts and sensory boxes for her EI kiddos, Jamie enjoys hiking, chasing waterfalls, and reading books. Jamie loves devotionals, the Bible, and any Colleen Hoover or Nicholas Sparks novel. Jamie also has 1 fur baby, Carl.

“My favorite part about being an EI is working alongside families to help their kiddos grow and meet developmental milestones. My kiddos and these families bring me so much joy. Being an EI is my passion and I love every second of it. I’m thankful and blessed for God hand-picking each of them for us to walk together on a path of growth and success.”


Kamryn Dove, Early Interventionist

Kamryn graduated from Lander University with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Human Services and Elementary Education.

Kamryn has 2 fur babies- her dog, Merle, and her cat Lilly. In her free time, she loves drinking coffee, going shopping, and hanging out with her family and friends. She’s also a travel volleyball coach for A-Town Volleyball Academy in Anderson, SC, which is something she is super passionate about!

Becka Hall, Marketing Director

Becka Hall is joining the Bloom & Blossom team as Marketing Director! With over 9 years of marketing experience as well as several years of non-profit work, we are excited for all the opportunities she will bring to our organization! Becka is also familiar with Early Intervention, as 2 of her sons received EI services!

At her home in Anderson, SC she lives with her husband and her five children. More times than not, you will find her drinking coffee, playing with the kids, or in the garden!
